An elegant wine, with an intense flavor
Very elegant, this wine emphasizes the quality of the grape Pinot Noir, after a very occurred selection in the vineyard. At the glass has an ancient pink color, very bright. The perlage is very fine thanks to second fermentation of 6 months in autoclave.
Strong personality, at nose the aroma has remembrance mainly of red fruit, especially strawberry.
At palate, the flavor is intense but with a great equilibrium, with a creamy and persistent perlage. The harmonic structure emphasizes the elegance of this wine.
Perfect match with tartare, appetizer and pizza.
